1 star only because there wasn't the option of 0 stars
Defective products installed and after 6 months not rectified despite a supposed insurance backed 10 year guarantee. Insurance guarantee not actually taken out by In2serve as quoted and paid for by us. Still no contact despite regular attempts by us.
Basically Graeme Short is a fraudster and looks like he has now rolled the company. With was however not a Ltd company so feel free anyone with a claim to claim against him personally
Avoid at all costs with any company he might be involved with
